RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. Exchanges are accepted. 1.) If you are near our Oswego, IL location you can bring in the item for exchange. We recommend that you call first. 630-851-0000. 2.) We can do an Exchange via USPS. Customer would need to provide payment for the USPS cost.
